I don’t believe in crash diets, extreme workout plans, or creating dependence on a coach.
Instead, I believe lasting health comes from understanding why you’re making changes, building habits one step at a time, and learning how to make decisions confidently on your own.
My role is to provide guidance, encouragement, and education—so eventually, you don’t need me.
