You don’t need someone checking in on you every day, and you don’t need to completely overhaul your life overnight. Sometimes all you need is a little accountability, a chance to ask questions, and guidance as you continue building habits that last.
Build On It Coaching is designed for people who already have a foundation but want continued support as they put what they’ve learned into practice. We’ll meet every other week to celebrate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as your goals and life evolve.
What is Build On It Coaching?
This is an 8-week coaching experience designed to help you turn knowledge into action.
We’ll focus on making small, realistic changes that fit your lifestyle—not chasing perfection. Each session builds on the last, giving you time to practice new habits before making adjustments or adding something new.
Whether you’re working toward weight loss, improving your relationship with food, building strength, or simply feeling better, you’ll have ongoing support without the commitment of traditional weekly coaching.
Together, we’ll create and build upon realistic goals rooted in five foundational principles of well-being:

What’s Included?
Initial 1:1 Consultation (30-45 minutes)
We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, current challenges, and goals. This session is focused on understanding you and identifying what will best move you forward in your health journey.
Two Follow-Up Coaching Sessions
Every other week we’ll meet to:
- Build the next healthy habit
- Celebrate wins
- Work through challenges
- Adjust macros if needed
- Review progress
Personalized Wellness Resources
You’ll receive the Wellness Kickstart Guide along with any additional resources that support your individual goals.
Email Support Between Sessiosn
Questions are normal. You’ll have email support throughout your coaching package so you don’t have to wait until our next appointment to get clarification.
